Over the years, Restaurante Samoa has evolved since its beginnings in 1957, when Manuel transformed it from a shop into a bar offering simple and flavorful dishes such as grilled pejines (small fish), lupin beans, peanuts, and chorizos from Teror. In 1975, the family living quarters upstairs were converted into a dining area, allowing for an expanded culinary offering.
The name Samoa was inspired by one of Manuel’s sons, who learned about the Pacific island during his studies. Today, Restaurante Samoa not only offers traditional Canarian cuisine but also a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere that has been lovingly maintained by the Padrón family.
